Delivery of Your Order
The delivery time of your order is important to us. That’s why orders are shipped directly from our centrally located warehouse in Lelystad. This ensures fast delivery.

Can I track my order?
We will notify you via email when your order has been shipped. The shipping confirmation will include details of the shipping method. You will also receive a tracking code so you can follow your order on the carrier's website or on our tracking page.
Shipping Insurance
To protect your order during transit, we offer optional shipping insurance for just €2.50. This insurance covers loss, damage, or theft of your items. We strongly recommend choosing this option for peace of mind. Without this insurance, we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged products.
I haven’t received my order after 5 working days — what should I do?
If you have received a shipping confirmation from us, you know your order is on its way. However, we can never guarantee delivery 100% as we depend on the shipping carrier. If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days after dispatch, please contact us! You can email us at info@earthle.nl.
Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect your order at our location.
